These are perfect , soft , scrumptious , sweet cup cake with the goodness of banana dotted with mini chocolate chips to lure your kids 😊
Perfect way to use your overripe leftover bananas — can be used as a breakfast , Tiffin or as a dessert item — as you wish
Main Ingredients :
- 11/2 cup all purpose flour
- 2 tsp of baking powder
- 1 tsp of baking soda
- 1/2 tsp of salt
- 1/2 tsp of cinnamon powder
- 3 ripe bananas
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1/2 cup of vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp of vanilla essence
- 1 cup of Choco chips
Method :
Preheat the oven to 180 degree centigrade
Sieve together all purpose flour, salt, baking powder, cinnamon powder , baking soda in a bowl
Take another bowl , mash the ripe bananas , add in the sugar , vegetable oil , eggs, vanilla essence and whisk together thoroughly.
Now gently fold in the dry ingredients into wet ingredients, mix in thoroughly — lastly add in the Choco chips —
Spoon the mixture into cup cake( sprayed with cooking oil) moulds and bake for 30 minutes —
Cool it in the rack — serve it with a hot glass of milk for breakfast 😍😍
